Delivery Options

Standard Delivery — £2.99 · FREE on orders over £14.99 · 3–5 working days
Express Delivery — £4.95 · FREE on orders over £24.99 · 1–2 working days

Delivery for orders under these amounts is calculated at checkout.

Dispatch Times

Order before 6pm Monday–Friday and your order is dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 6pm, on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Every order is shipped with tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel to the door. If you're not in when delivery is attempted, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or at a local collection point — details will be in your tracking updates.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We don't currently ship outside the UK.

A Note on Storage in Transit 

Remend® BioHAnce™ Corneal Gel is stable at room temperature and doesn't require refrigerated shipping — your order travels safely with standard couriers in all seasons. Store at room temperature on arrival and do not freeze.
