Returns & Refunds
We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work — in plain English.
14-Day Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. To be eligible for a refund:
- Products must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging
- Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you'd like to return
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us
Why unopened only? Remend® Corneal Gel is a sterile, preservative-free ophthalmic product sealed for health protection. Once the seal is broken we can't accept it back for resale — this is standard for all eye-care and hygiene-sealed products.
How to Return
- Email us at returns@remend.shop with your order number and the email address used at checkout
- We'll confirm your return and any details
- Package the items securely and post them to:

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage — we can't refund parcels lost in transit without it.
Refunds
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return (usually much sooner — typically 3–5 working days after it arrives)
- If you cancel and return your whole order, we refund the products plus standard delivery costs you paid
- Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll put it right with a replacement or full refund — including all delivery costs, at no expense to you.
